Grohney AAA LLP is seeking an experienced Financial Advisory Manager to strengthen our Transaction Advisory Services team. In this role, you will lead financial due diligence, valuation, and transaction support engagements for clients across various sectors. You will work closely with partners and directors to deliver high-quality advisory services while managing client relationships and developing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, transaction services, or valuations, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Lead financial due diligence and transaction support engagements- Conduct business and asset valuations for various purposes- Provide merger and acquisition advisory services- Develop financial models and analysis for decision-making- Manage client relationships and engagement economics- Supervise and mentor junior team members- Prepare and review deliverables including reports and presentations- Identify and pursue business development opportunities- Collaborate with other service lines to provide integrated solutions- Stay updated on market trends and best practices
- 5-8 years of experience in financial advisory, transaction services, or corporate finance- Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes- Experience managing advisory engagements and client relationships- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills- Strong project management abilities- Team leadership and mentoring experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Industry knowledge in key sectors (financial services, energy, technology, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field- CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification- MBA or Master's degree (preferred)- Relevant specialized certifications in valuation or corporate finance (an advantage)
