Job Description

Grohney AAA LLP is seeking a professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Partner. In this role, you will manage the Partner's schedule, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with various administrative tasks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient operations and effective time management for the Partner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Partner
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Organize and maintain filing systems and confidential records
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials
- Liaise with clients, executives, and other stakeholders
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the professional services industry (preferred)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Executive Assistant certification (an advantage)
- Advanced training in office management or administrative procedures
