Job Description

Grohney AAA LLP is seeking motivated Audit Associates to join our growing audit practice. As an Audit Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of the audit process, from planning to execution and reporting. You will work on diverse client engagements across multiple industries, gaining valuable experience while developing your technical and professional skills. Responsibilities

- Perform audit procedures in accordance with our audit methodology
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation
- Analyze financial information and identify accounting issues
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Participate in client meetings and fieldwork
- Collaborate with team members on audit engagements
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards
- Develop understanding of clients' businesses and industries
- Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

- 0-2 years of audit experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong academic background in accounting or finance
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work in teams and under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA Part I (completed or in progress)
- Good academic standing with minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
